Something spooky is haunting the Vancouver Maritime Museum!
Perfect for all the family, the Vancouver Maritime Museum is delighted to welcome everyone of all ages for a spooky scavenger hunt this Halloween weekend!
Starting on Friday 27th October until Sunday 29th October, visitors will be tasked with solving the mystery behind some spooky shenanigans that have been going on.
For weeks, something has been terrorizing the staff of the museum.
There are strange sounds, dancing shadows and moving artifacts.
This spooky Spector has left ghostly clues around the museum to reveal its true form.
You musk help the staff and find out who… or what… has been haunting the museum!
Prizes will also be available to those who can complete the scavenger hunt and the museum is encouraging visitors to dress up in your spooky costumes.
Marketing Coordinator, James, says that “Halloween is always a fun time of year for organizations like us to get involved with, and to encourage people to visit their local cultural venue in a slightly different capacity than what they might usually do. Whilst taking part in our special activity, the museum offers so much knowledge and fascinating stories about Vancouver’s rich maritime history that a piece of candy probably won’t be the only thing people take away from their visit!”
Tickets can be booked online or on the day at the museum. Standard admission is $15.75, with discounts available for Youths and Seniors, plus Kids under 5 go Free.
