MANILA — Budget airlines Cebu Pacific on Saturday advised its passengers with flights originating or connecting from Manila between Dec 23, 2014 and Jan 5, 2015 who have been unable to check-in for their flights or have been tagged as no-show for their flights, to avail of options by Jan. 12, 2015.

In an advisory, Cebu Pacific said that its passengers can avail of three options without additional charges, including the rebooking of flights up to 30 days from original departure date, a full travel fund, or a full refund.

The airline said that passengers may call +(632)7020888 or visit Cebu Pacific’s organic ticket offices to specify their options.

Cebu Pacific’s ticket offices:

• NAIA Terminal 3 Sales Office – Level 3, Departure Hall, NAIA Terminal 3, Andrews Ave., Pasay City

• NAIA Terminal 4 Express Ticket Office – Old Domestic Road, Pasay City

• Robinsons Galleria – West Lane, Level 1, Ortigas Ave. cor. ADB Ave. Quezon City

• Robinsons Place Imus – Level 4, Aguinaldo Highway Imus, Cavite

• Robinsons Place Manila – Level 1 Adriatico Wing, Pedro Gil cor. Adriatico St. Ermita Manila

• Cebu Airport Ticket Office – Mactan International Airport, Lapu-Lapu, Cebu City

• Robinsons Fuente – Fuente Osmeña, Cebu City

The Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) earlier said that while the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) would remain open to flight operations during the visit of Pope Francis next year, there would be limitations.

According to MIAA general manager Jose Angel Honrado, the major roads around the NAIA complex would be closed to vehicular traffic on certain days.

It also encourages airline passengers who have flights on Jan. 15 and 19, 2015, to contact their airlines or their travel agency to discuss their revised flight schedules.

The Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB) for its part assured the airlines that they cannot be held liable for any delay or cancellation of flights because the situation is beyond their control.

MIAA meanwhile urges those with flights departing on these days to come much earlier to the NAIA so they can reach their respective Terminals before road closure hours.
