This critically-acclaimed film shows the experiences of Filipino caregivers in Israel and has won various awards during the Cinemalaya Philippine Independent Film Festival. Helmed by first time Philippine director Hannah Espia, the film was also the Philippines’ lone entry to the 2014 Academy Awards.

The MLYP is a new organization composed of Canada-based Filipinos in various professional capacities.

The group aims to address the rising number of Filipino high school students in the lower mainland at-risk of falling out of high school.

The MLYP aims to provide at-risk youth with support programs that will help them settle into their new environment, develop leadership skills and set them to a path of success.
