Sinas said NCRPO acting Director, Brig. Gen. Vicente Danao Jr., would give the final decision on the case of Nuezca, who is assigned at Parañaque City Crime Laboratory.
“Si RD NCRPO na po ang magbigay ng (RD NCRPO will give) final decision if he will abide with the recommendation of IAS (Internal Affairs Service). Nuezca is facing an administrative case with two counts of grave misconduct and two counts of conduct unbecoming of an officer.
Sinas said IAS is set to resolve the administrative case of Nuezca by the end of this week.
“‘Yung case po niya ay hinihear na po ng IAS and the IAS, to handle the case niya (The case is now being heard by IAS). The IAS) promised to finish the case at the end of this week. So, we have a resolution by Monday,” he said.
Nuezca is now under the custody of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) of Paniqui, Tarlac for the killing of the Gregorios on the issuance of the commitment order issued on December 28, 2020.
He is also facing two counts of murder lodged at the Regional Trial Court, Branch 67 of the same town.
