MANILA – Following his recent failure to attend the Senate hearings, Philippine National Police director general Alan Purisima is now showing up to answer charges of plunder, corruption and bribery raised against him.

A day before his appearance in the Senate, Volunteers against Crime and Corruption (VACC) filed a third complaint against Purisima.

The watchdog is charging Purisima of accumulating P120 million in unexplained wealth.
