4 more Pinoys abroad infected with Covid-19: DFA
MANILA – The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) on Monday reported four new coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) infections among Filipinos abroad, increasing the total number of cases to 11,203.
In its latest case bulletin, the DFA also tallied no new fatality and recoveries among Filipinos abroad.
The death toll stood at 815 while the total number of recoveries remained at 7,248.
Meanwhile, about 3,140 Filipinos overseas are still undergoing treatment.
“The DFA, together with its Foreign Services Posts, continues to partner with host governments to ensure the safety and wellbeing of Filipino nationals abroad amid the pandemic,” the DFA statement read.
