Pasig launches online platform for supplemental SAP beneficiaries

MANILA – The Pasig City government launched an online platform to help its residents check whether they are included in the local government’s supplemental Social Amelioration Program (SAP).

The Pasig City Public Information Office (PIO) on Tuesday announced the availability of online finder sap-pasig.com portal as part of measures to help its residents track their names in the cash assistance program.

May online finder para sa mga nagtatanong kung sila ba ay naisama sa database ng Pamaskong Handog na siyang pangunahing basehan sa pagbuo ng listahan ng tatanggap ng Pasig Supplemental SAP (there is an online finder for those who are asking if they’re included in the database used for the Pamaskong Handog which serves as the primary basis of the list of who will receive the Pasig Supplemental SAP),” Pasig PIO said in an advisory posted in Facebook.

Those who are not included in the list, but are residents of Pasig City, can still register via the online platform.

Hindi na kailangang pumunta ng City Hall, o di kaya ay magpalista kung kanino man. Sa online platform na ito pwede na ninyong gawin ang pagpapalista kung wala kayo sa database (there’s no need to go to the City Hall, or to sign up to anyone. You can register online if you’re not included in the database,” the advisory reads.

The Pasig PIO reminded residents that only those who were not covered by the national government’s SAP can receive the supplemental financial assistance from the local government.

Ang lahat ng tumanggap na SAP mula sa national government ay hindi na isasama sa listahan ng Pasig Supplemental SAP (all SAP recipients from the national government will no longer be included in the SAP Supplemental SAP list),” the advisory said.

Mayor Vico Sotto earlier said that around 160,000 families who were not identified recipients of the national government’s SAP, are targeted to receive the local supplemental subsidy.

Under the Pasig Supplemental SAP, those traditional or nuclear families, solo parents, grandparents whose grandchildren are with them, legally married couples even without children, and LGBTQ legal partners with children are qualified to receive PHP8,000 cash subsidy.
