Pop Princess Sarah Geronimo-Guidicelli’s former bodyguard Jerry Tamarra, has agreed to a settlement of P200,000 and will not press charges against the singer’s husband, actor Matteo Gudicelli, after allegedly being punched by the actor during their secret wedding.

In a Youtube program hosted by Raffy Tulfo, Tamarra was seen being escorted by Tulfo’s team towards the stars’ agency, Viva Entertainment, and reach a settlement.

Gusto ko naman talagang maayos na para wala nang gulo. Gusto ko rin makaharap si Ma’am Sarah saka si Sir Matteo (I really want to settle this so there wouldn’t be any trouble. I also want to meet with Ma’am Sarah and Sir Matteo),” Tamara said in an interview with Tulfo.

Tamarra also said that Sarah’s mother, Divine, told him not to settle with the newlywed’s camp.

Dapat nasa proseso daw. ‘Yung ginawa ni Sir Matteo, panagutan ‘yung pangyayari at malinis ‘yung pangalan (There should be due process. Sir Matteo should be held accountable for what he did and clear my name),” Tamara said.

Del Rosario said that the Gudicellis could not come to their meeting due to their busy schedules, but instead will have a closed-door one-on-one meeting with the agency director himself.

Tamarra originally asked for P1.5 million as payment for the damages that were caused by Matteo but Viva Entertainment founder Vic Del Rosario, who manages the newlyweds and represented the couple during the settlement, only agreed to give him P100,000, which Tamarra declines.

Del Rosario said that Tamarra does not have to receive payment as long as the newlyweds apologize to him personally on television. However, Viva Entertainment informed Tulfo’s program two days later that Tamarra agreed to receive P200,000 from them as settlement.

Tamarra was allegedly punched by Matteo during their wedding reception after the bodyguard leaked the details of their secret civil wedding to Sarah’s mother.
