Philippine football national team player, 31-year-old Phil Younghusband, has officially tied the knot with long-time girlfriend ex-gymnast Margaret Hall during an intimate ceremony with less than 100 guests at Goodnestone Park Gardens in Canterbury, Kent, England last Sunday, July 21.

Nice Print Photography, who was present at the event, compared the wedding to “a fairytale,” being the same company shooting the couple’s prenup photos in Canterbury.

The groom’s Azkals teammate Chad Gould also shared snaps from the event as part of the groomsmen, saying, “What an honour to meet both the Younghusband and Hall families. Beautiful weekend full of fun and laughter.” He explains, “It’s no surprise to me that Phil and Mags brought so many kind, caring, friendly, and loving people together to celebrate their special day. An absolute testament to the both of them.”

The garden venue, which included a 26-bedroom manor, also served as a residency for the newlywed’s guests.

Phil and Margaret first announced their engagement in December 2017 after two years of dating. When talking about plans after the wedding ceremony, Phil told Push magazine, “There’s lot of different places we’d like to visit and usually, every Christmas when we visit England, we pick another destination in Europe. But I think with the honeymoon, we’d like it in most extravagant, like maybe somewhere, or a beach destination.”

Prior to dating Margaret, Phil had a very public year-long relationship with actress Angel Locsin, who is also now engaged to film producer Neil Arce.
