Anne Curtis denies breakup rumors

MANILA — Anne Curtis shrugs off breakup rumors circulating in the showbiz industry about her and boyfriend Erwan Heusaff saying that they are just private with their relationship.

“I think it would just keep on happening because we’re not a showbiz couple,” said Curtis during a press conference for her upcoming comedy film “The Gifted”. “I don’t think it (the rumors) will ever stop as long as we’re private.

So okay lang. Siya, natatawa na lang siya,” she added.

The first breakup rumor surfaced in May of this year, which Curtis and Heusaff both flatly denied. Curtis said that it could be because compared with other couples, they don’t, for instance, post sweet photos of themselves in their social media accounts in Instagram.

“We have a lot of pictures na magkasama kami but we choose not to post it.

Every now and then we will, but not all the time. He’d rather keep what is ours, ours,” added Curtis.

When asked if she and her beau are soon to tie the knot, Curtis said that it is still a good years away.

“Huwag muna! Huwag muna! Siguro in mga three or four years, I’ll be ready.” exclaimed Curtis.

She added “ayoko mag-isip ng ganun kasi paano kung hindi,” when asked if she thinks her relationship with Heusaff is for keeps. “Masakit, so I’d rather not keep my hopes high.

”

Curtis promoted to the media her upcoming movie “The Gifted,” which she stars together with Sam Milby and Cristine Reyes. The movie will soon hit the big screens on September 3.
