Actress Sunshine Cruz gets her vengeance, as the chef of Epilogue Philippines, a Japanese-European Fine Bistro in Conrad Manila, who sent the celebrity and her daughter inappropriate messages was fired from his job immediately.

It was last Tuesday, February 12 when Sunshine shared with the public screenshots of a Lorence Anthony Guardian, who worked at the five-star hotel as a chef. The messages sent almost one month ago suggested the man “fantasising” about both Sunshine and her underage daughter, Sunshine captioning in Filipino, “I’m going to fight this. Lorence Anthony Guardian, fix yourself. In not all situations will we stay silent.”

She then shared another photo of the user’s profile, saying, “How come we’re suddenly blocked or the profile is not found? Lorence Anthony Diola Guardian, you should behave! Your mom is a woman as well.” In a third post, Sunshine elaborates on her anger, stating, “I do not usually fight back with people like you, but there is a limit to my patience. I am just a person who is working properly for my kids,” adding, “Never harass my child who is a minor. They may not have a father who can protect them, but mothers are more protective, especially someone like me who will protect my children who has never done anything wrong to anyone. Remember that, Lorence Anthony Diola Guardian.”

As a response, the chef posted on Facebook claiming his “Instagram was hacked,” but Sunshine was quick to respond. “We were not born yesterday,” she tells him, “Only stupid people will believe you. You blocked me suddenly on Instagram! A lot of people messaged me saying that they were also victims of your harassment.” She adds, “You can’t even message me. Instead, you blocked me on Instagram,” concluding her statement, “What now, Chef? Wait for my report to Epilogue at Conrad Manila.”

The restaurant was quick to respond to Sunshine, apologizing for the matter immediately the next day and explaining that they will have the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) look into the incident. In a screenshot shared by Sunshine, Epilogue Philippines states, “We are horrified that you and your daughters were subjected to such repugnant conduct. We will inform Mr. Guardian’s employer about these messages to help them resolve this issue properly,” further explaining, “We will also coordinate with the appropriate government agencies to help them get to the bottom of this issue.” To conclude their apology, the restaurant also assured the actress that Guardian had been removed from his position at work.
