MANILA — Presidential Peace Adviser Carlito Galvez Jr. said Tuesday the conduct of the Bangsamoro Organic Law (BOL) plebiscite is proof that President Rodrigo R. Duterte’s administration is committed to implement “signed agreements” with the Moro people.
