The two suspects, according to Manila Police District (MPD), were named as Troy Woody, Jr.

, 21, and Mir Islam, 22. Woody and Islam were identified as chief executive officers (CEOs) of Luxr Limited Liability Company.

On Sunday, the two Americans booked a Grab car from a condominium in Barangay Highway Hills in Mandaluyong City at around 1:53 a.m.

As the car arrives, Woody and Islam dumped the big box into the Pasig River and boarded the car again.

The police then investigated the said incident and found a woman’s body inside the box wrapped in a garbage bag with duct tape.

The victim was identified as Tomi Michelle Masters, a 23-year-old US citizen.

A follow-up operation was then conducted by the cops which led to the arrest of Woody and Islam. The two suspects were turned over to the Mandaluyong City Police Station.
