Fil-Am group gets four ‘YES’ from America’s Got Talent judges

MANILA — A Filipino-American boy band impressed America’s Got Talent judges getting a “YES” from Heidi Klum, Howard Stern, Howie Mendel and Mel B.

“Legaci,” a former back up performer of Justin Beiber is composed of all tech industry professionals from San Francisco.

The boy band includes Chris Abad, Jason Atencion, Micah Tolentino and Del Lazaro.

Their performance, which made Stern calling their voices “God-like” also made up for a slightly awkward beginning during their interview.

Legaci will be competing this year with another Filipino, Gab Valencio who also got the judges’ “Yes.”

After the band’s failure to win last year on “X Factor” and “The Winner Is,” Legaci’s devoted fans are now looking forward for their win on America’s Got Talent.
