Following his sizzling runway appearance at the just-concluded Bench: Under The Stars Fashion Show, Kapuso actor Rocco Nacino has something to add to his lengthy list of accolades.

Wearing his graduation gown and cap, Rocco is set to step his feet on the stage again, not in a runway, but to be officially awarded as Cum Laude with a master’s degree in Nursing.

This good news was shared by the actor on his Instagram account on Tuesday, along with a photo of himself and his thesis panel.

Rocco juggled both work and study as he took his Master of Arts in Nursing at St. Bernadette of Lourdes College in Fairview, while working on his acting projects and business ventures.

“Finally, another one checked off my bucket list! Passed my thesis defense and am set to graduate as a cum laude this Friday! It’s been a crazy 2 years of balancing everything, and now I am almost at the finish line,” Rocco wrote as a caption.

The actor dedicated this success, of course, to his parents, and expressed his gratitude to the doctors who urged him to do well.

“This one’s for you mom and dad! It’s a different sense of fulfillment when it comes to pursuing education. And now I can finally breathe a huuuugge sigh of relief! Thank you to my panel of doctors who pushed me to my limits today, at the end of the day, these people push you because they only want what’s best for you,” he added.

Aside from being an actor and model, Rocco is also a registered nurse.

The actor-model introduced himself with his new titles, “I am now Enrico Raphael Quiogue Nacino, R.N, M.A.N. (Registered Nurse, Master of Arts in Nursing). To God be the Glory!”
