PAGASA: Frontal system to bring rains over Luzon Friday
MANILA—Luzon will continue to experience rains due to the frontal system affecting the northern part of the island, state weather agency Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Friday.
Ilocos region, Cagayan Valley, Cordillera and central Luzon will continue to experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms.
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms, on the other hand, will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
Light to moderate winds will blow from east to southeast over Mindanao, and from south to southeast over the rest of the archipelago.
The country’s coastal waters will be slight to moderate, PAGASA said.
