Two bodies were retrieved from the debris as of 7 p.m., bringing the death toll of the accident to five, said a spokesman with the county’s publicity department.
One person who was injured was taken to hospital and his injuries are not life-threatening.
The plant is owned by Mintai Black Dynamite Limited Liability Company.
The legal representative of the company is in police custody and the cause of the incident is being investigated.
