Sunshine Cruz files for annulment

MANILA, Philippines – Sunshine Cruz wants an annulment.

She revealed this sentiment in an interview on ABS-CBN show “Kris TV” on Monday, May 12.

“Para naman bago ako mag-40 makahanap ako ng kaligayahan ko,” she said.

(So that before I turn 40, I can find happiness.)

The 36-year-old actress added that her estranged husband Cesar Montano had failed to visit their children regularly despite his visitation rights.

“Mayroon siya everyday visitorial rights.

Ang problema nga, nakakatatlong visits pa lang siya sa mga bata, tatlo o apat magmula nang nangyari ‘yung full custody sa akin last year December yata,” she said.

(He has everyday visitorial rights. The problem is, he has only visited the kids 3 or 4 times since I got full custody of them last December.)

Sunshine also revealed that Cesar had failed to provide financial support for their children.

The celebrity couple separated in 2013.
