Sports not only helped prevent the involvement of vulnerable youth in violent extremism but was used to integrate radicalized, excluded or forcefully displaced people back into the communities. The programs also helped reduce the mental health consequences of trauma exposure.

I agree that Sports is a powerful tool that can help change lives if used in an organized way.
Magandang ma involve ang youth into sports upang malibang sila at magkaroon ng pagkakaabalahan sa araw araw nilang pamumuhay

Sports can not only make us healthy and fit but also can help in preventing violent extremism. Some people don’t appreciate the advantages of sport, what they didn’t know the sportsmanship and camaraderie that is taught in sport can be a good factor to develop better citizen. Sport not only teach you of how to be good in a certain sport that you want, it also teaches you to be fair, responsible, respectful and be disciplined. We might think that sport is just a waste of time but it is not. This is also one of the reason why I really admire athletes because of their attitude. Nowadays it is important that we youth will be more involved in different kind of sports to divert our minds in doing things that we shouldn’t. Sport is a great way spending our free time, it will make us physically and mentally healthy.

To all the youth, men and women all over the world. Let’s all make a wonderful world. Pinanganak tayong alam na ang tama ang mali, don’t let anyone manipulate you in any form, choose yourself, choose for a betterment. Just like how this article said, a sport can be a cure for any anxieties, sadness, anger and depressions, don’t let these negative terms na kainin ang pagkatao mo at magpa-uto sa mga grouo of violent extremism. Learn to forgive yourself, learn to socialize and hayaan mong mag explore ka sa mga things na hindi mo alam na nag e-exist pala sa mundo, sobrang daming fun activities na you are not yet experience.Hope everyone is okay.
