Jodi Sta. Maria finishes bachelor’s degree in Psychology
Actress Jodi Sta. Maria has added another feather in her cap, graduating with a degree in Psychology.
The actress shared her graduation photos and certificates, coupled with an inspiring caption, in an Instagram post on Wednesday, June 23.
“In school, whenever I faced a seemingly insurmountable task, I’d always push myself and say ‘it can be done,'” she wrote.
“I knew that God was with me all throughout my college life and I kept holding on to his promise that I can do all things through Him who gave me strength and supplied me with more than I needed according to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus. God is always faithful to his word,” she continued.
Jodi thanked those who became her support system – her teachers, family, friends, and her management team – all through her journey to reaching this milestone.
“I dreamt of finishing my schooling ever since I entered show business and today, after more than a decade, marks the fulfillment of that dream. After 4 long years, I am here graduating from college,” she said.
“Remember, it is never too late, and you are never too old to reach your stars,” she added.
The actress obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Southville International School and Colleges.
Her graduation came a week after she celebrated her 39th birthday. Jodi marked her special day being thankful for all her “many small victories, extraordinary adventures, even the hardships and failures,” as well as to individuals whom she crossed paths with for “giving me a part of themselves and enriching my heart and soul.”
