Jodi Sta. Maria gratefully marks 39th birthday
As she celebrated her 39th birthday on Wednesday, actress Jodi Sta. Maria said she is thankful for all the experiences she went through and for all the people she has met along the way.
Jodi posted a photo of herself sitting by the beach on Instagram, which was accompanied by a thank you message, to mark her special day.
The actress took a trip down memory lane and said that she is grateful for the “many small victories, extraordinary adventures, even the hardships and failures” she had in the last 39 years of her life.
She also took this opportunity to thank all the people in her life “for giving me a part of themselves and enriching my heart and soul.”
“I am grateful everyday for these experiences. Here I am, 39 and all, still alive and breathing. Thank you Lord for everything!” she said.
Jodi ended her post by expressing gratitude to those who greeted her on her birthday.
She marked her 39th birthday more than a week after she happily shared in a tweet that she will be graduating soon after passing the final defense for her thesis. She is taking up a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Southville International School and Colleges.
Aside from this academic achievement, Jodi was also announced as one of the cast for the Philippine adaptation of “Doctor Foster,” where she will be portraying the Filipino counterpart of Gemma Foster, Dra. Jill Illustre.
