SAN JOSE DE BUENAVISTA, Antique – A total of 23 micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are exhibiting various local products as part of the ongoing “Pasundayag 2019” here organized by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

Engr. Arlene Galopo of DTI-Antique said in an interview on Monday that bamboo crafts, handwoven fabrics, and different food products are available for sale in the trade fair which opened on April 27 and will run until May 1 at the Robinson’s Mall here.

“The Pasundayag 2019 is being held as part of the Tiringbanay Festival of San Jose de Buenavista,” she said. “Pasundayag” means celebration and exhibition in the Visayan dialect.

The Tiringbanay Festival is held annually by this capital town to usher its town fiesta on May 1.

“The fair is also being held to provide a venue for the buyer or consumer to have a personal contact with the local producer,” Galopo said.
