The 15th annual EAT! Vancouver Food + Cooking Festival is one of Canada’s most anticipated premium world-class culinary festival in support of Project CHEF. Attracting attendees throughout North America, the 2017 EAT! Vancouver takes place from November 6 to 11 and features culinary collaboration from award-winning chefs across Canada with local thought-leading chefs. Experience a culinary experience like none other from this year’s events including: EAT! Dinner Series, EAT! Harvest, EAT! Pastry and EAT! Expert Classes.

Events include:

Eat! Harvest 2017 on Friday November 10 – This signature evening collects 16 of Canada’s most acclaimed chefs showcasing new and exciting creations for each guest.

Eat! Pastry 2017 on Saturday November 11 – The elite of the dessert world will unite in Vancouver to make this event a once in a lifetime experience for anyone with a sweet tooth.

Eat! Dinner Series Wednesday November 8 and Thursday November 9 – Sample leading chefs creations with a small group of likeminded foodies at these exclusive dinners

Eat! Expert Classes Tuesday November 7 and Thursday November 9 – Learn the tricks of the trade with experts in the culinary field
