Cloudy skies, isolated rainshowers continue to prevail over PHL Wednesday
MANILA—Partly cloudy to cloudy skies and isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms will continue to prevail over most parts of the archipelago on Wednesday, state weather agency Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.
Batanes and Calayan islands will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thundestorms due to the frontal system affecting extreme northern Luzon, it added.
Light to moderate winds will blow from south to southwest over northern and central Luzon, and from east to southeast over the rest of the archipelago.
The country’s coastal waters will be slight to moderate, PAGASA said.
