PAGASA: Hot weather to prevail, isolated rainshowers in Visayas, Mindanao on Tuesday
MANILA–Hot weather will continue to prevail over most parts of the country, but isolated rainshowers will bring relief in some parts of the country due to the easterlies affecting Visayas and Mindanao, state weather agency Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Tuesday.
Also, PAGASA said the ridge of a high pressure area, which brings warm weather, still extends across Luzon.
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies is also expected throughout the country.
Moderate to occasionally strong winds blowing from southeast to south will prevail over northern Luzon, and its coastal waters will be moderate to occasionally rough.
Light to moderate winds coming from east to southeast will prevail over the rest of Luzon, and from east to northeast over Visayas and Mindanao with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said.
