PAGASA: Easterlies to bring rains over Eastern Visayas, Caraga Thursday
MANILA—Eastern Visayas and Caraga may experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms due to easterlies affecting the eastern section of the country, state weather agency Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Thursday.
In its 24-hour forecast, PAGASA said Metro Manila and the rest of the country may have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Moderate winds blowing from northeast to east will prevail over the eastern part of Luzon, and of Visayas.
Coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough.
