PAGASA: Northeast monsoon to bring rains over northern, central Luzon Tuesday
MANILA–The northeast monsoon affecting northern and central Luzon will bring light rains over these areas, state weather agency Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Tuesday.
In its 24-hour forecast, PAGASA said cloudy skies with light to moderate rains may prevail over the regions of Caraga and Davao.
Cloudy skies with isolated light rains is expected over Cordillera, Cagayan Valley, and Aurora and Quezon provinces.
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains may be experienced over Ilocos region and the rest of central Luzon.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country may have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from northeast is expected over Luzon and eastern Visayas.
