PAGASA: Tail-end of cold front to bring rains in Luzon Tuesday
MANILA—The tail-end of a cold front affecting the eastern part of northern Luzon will cause cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms over Cagayan Valley, Cordillera and Aurora province, state weather agency Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Tuesday.
In its 24-hour forecast, PAGASA said cloudy skies with light rains will prevail over Ilocos region.
The rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms, it added.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from northeast will prevail over Luzon, and coming from east to northeast over the rest of the country.
Coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be moderate to rough, PAGASA said.
