PAGASA: Tail-end of cold front to bring rains over some parts of southern Luzon Monday
MANILA—The tail-end of a cold front will bring cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms over Metro Manila, Bicol, Davao and the provinces of Aurora, Rizal, Laguna, Quezon and Samar on Monday, state weather agency Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.
Weather forecaster Shelly Ignacio said the tail-end of a cold front is affecting the eastern part of southern Luzon while northeast monsoon or hanging amihan, on the other hand, is affecting northern and central Luzon, she added.
Cagayan Valley, the Cordillera and the rest of central Luzon will experience cloudy skies with light rains.
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains is expected over the rest of Luzon, while the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
