MANILA, Philippines—Ronnie Dayan said that his former lover Senator Leila De Lima financed him P2 million pesos for his white house in Barangay Galarin, Urbiztondo, Pangasinan.

Just after a day hearing the case of Espinosa and his father, Dayan testified at the House of Representatives in Thursday about the Bilibid drug trade after being arrested last Tuesday in La Union, he said that his former lover Senator Leila De Lima financed him P2 million pesos for his white house in Barangay Galarin, Urbiztondo, Pangasinan.

Dayan said that the house was a gift to him by the Senator. He also mentioned that he already provided P800,000 from his own savings. Dayan also asked the Senator P120,000 for the lot last 2007 and De Lima gave him P2 million pesos for his white house.

According to Dayan, Senator Leila De Lima received two Sport Utility Vehicles (SUV), a Starex, and Fortuner from this unknown “Engineer” whom he thought was the druglord from Eastern Visayas.

“Sabi ko sa kaniya, ‘Bago na naman iyung sasakyan ninyo, Ma’am, ha?’ Ang sagot niya, ‘oo, bigay ng… supporters ko.’ Tapos may bago siyang Fortuner na puti, nung tinanong ko, sabi niya ay bigay ni engineer iyan. (I told her, ‘You have a new car again Ma’am? “She answered, ‘yes, it’s from… my supporters.’ And she has new white Fortuner, when I asked her, she said it’s from Engineer).” Dayan was quoted in a saying in an Inquirer.net report.

Dayan also mentioned upon the probe in the House of representatives about the Bilibid drug trade that he gave drug money from Kerwin Espinosa for at least 5 times in 2014 to Senator De Lima. And Espinosa, claims giving De Lima, at least P8 million for the senatorial campaign in 2015 through Ronnie Dayan.
