Kapuso teen actor Miguel Tanfelix has caught the attention of ABC News’ Good Morning America because of his videos on the mobile app Musical.ly.

Good Morning America launched a segment called Musical.ly Challenge Contest, wherein residents of the United States can win a chance to meet international pop star Demi Lovato by doing the video challenges announced on the show.

To introduce the segment, the morning news program showed various videos uploaded on the video app including Miguel’s, much to his surprise.

Miguel is a product of the kiddie artista search Starstruck Kids.

He is best known for playing the lead role of a mentally challenged boy in the Kapuso drama series, Niño.

He is currently part of the weekly sitcom, Ismol Family, which airs worldwide on GMA’s flagship international channel, GMA Pinoy TV.
