MANILA—The Supreme Court (SC) on Thursday released the summary report of the Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth (SALN) of the 15 magistrates of the highest court of the land.
The richest magistrate is Associate Justice Francis H. Jardeleza who has a net worth of Php 249.68 million.
The net worth of Associate Justice Mariano C. Del Castillo is more than Php 135 million, but included in this amount are the assets of his wife, former Ateneo Law Dean Cynthia Roxas-Del Castillo.
The newest magistrate, Associate Justice Alfredo Benjamin S. Caguioa has a net worth of Php 117.17 million.
Senior Associate Justice Antonio T. Carpio has a net worth of Php 81.92 million, while Associate Justice Bienvenido L.
Reyes has a net worth of more than Php 77 million.
The net worth of Associate Justice Estela M. Perlas-Bernabe reached Php 76.5 million after Php 1.5-million worth of assets was added to her net worth in 2015.
