LEAMINGTON, Ontario – Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Minister John McCallum today congratulated Highline Mushrooms as one of the winners of the 2016 Employer Awards for Refugee Employment for their outstanding efforts to help refugees settle in Canada by finding jobs and obtaining employment skills.

“I am very grateful for the leadership role that Canadian employers have played over many years to support the successful settlement and integration of refugees by hiring refugees, and encouraging their organizations to become more directly involved in the settlement process,” said Minister McCallum.

“Highline Mushrooms is honoured to have been nominated and selected for the Employer Award for Refugee Employment,” said Highline Mushrooms President and CEO, Glenn Martin.
