Bubble Gang celebrates 20th anniversary with a documentary special

For many years, GMA Network’s award-winning comedy/gag show has undeniably been part of the culture of Filipinos. From its commercial spoofs, amusing gags and sketches, to iconic characters, Bubble Gang never fails to tickle the viewers’ funny bone. As what the Kapuso ace comedian Michael V. shared in an interview, “Ang theme namin ay IMBG o I Am Bubble Gang kasi masasabi natin na lahat ng Pilipino may maliit na piraso ng Bubble Gang sa kanila. And at the same time, the show itself e pinagsama-samang pagkatao ng mga Pilipino.” [Our theme is IMBG or I Am Bubble Gang because we can say that every Filipino has a piece of Bubble Gang in them. At the same time, the show itself is the collective persona of the Filipino people.

And as Bubble Gang continues to keep its comedy stronghold for 20 years, the longest-running comedy/gag show offers the viewers a documentary special to be aired this Saturday (November 28). In coordination with GMA News and Public Affairs led by two of the country’s respected news personalities Ms.

Jessica Soho and Mr. Mike Enriquez, the documentary will definitely treat the viewers with an exciting and amusing episode.

Saturday night will definitely be remarkable as the cast shares the years they have spent together, and showcases what their show is truly made of.
