Andi Eigenmann wants an end to paternity issues

MANILA – Actress Andi Eigenmann wants to put an end to paternity issues involving her three-year-old daughter, Adrianna, and alleged father Albie Casiño’s constant denial.

“This will be the last time that I’m gonna talk about it, and I hope that they would too… Because lumalaki na ang anak ko, ang sakit noon (Because my daughter is already growing up, it hurts),” Eigenmann said in an interview with the Philippine Entertainment Portal.

According to Casiño’s camp, the results of the DNA testing proved that he was not the biological father of Adrianna. The actor, however, has not released a statement on the matter.

“Sorry. Hindi ako maka-get over sa Albie questions, as in… Ngayon ko lang, ngayon ko lang kasi talaga nalaman. Hindi ko alam na pinag–uusapan pa,” Eigenmann explained.

(Sorry. I can’t get over questions about Albie, as in… It’s just now, it’s just now that I’ve heard about it. I didn’t know that it was still being talked about.)

“Hindi po kasi ako masyadong nakakanood ng TV. Sobrang sakit… Ang sakit talaga kasi it’s not like I call him for anything, so bakit kailangan, di ba?,” she added.

(I’m not able to watch TV so often. It hurts so much… It really hurts because it’s not like I call him for anything, so why the need [to continuously talk about it], right?)

Admittedly hurt over how Adrianna has still been talked about, Eigenmann hoped that the issue would no longer resurface as she had no plans of confronting Casiño over the issue anyway.

“Parang ayaw ko na lang siya kausapin kung hindi niya ako kayang kausapin nang diretso… Palalakasin ko na lang ang loob ko. Kawawa naman ang baby ko,” she said.
