Kris, Claudine, Kim and Iza to star in ‘Mistresses’ movie

MANILA — Director Chito Rino introduced on Friday the five lead stars of the upcoming movie, “Etiquette for Mistresses.”

“Kung alam niyo lang (If you only knew),” director Chito Rono said referring on how complicated it has been for him to put the cast together.

The movie based on Julie Yap-Daza’s book, “Etiquette for Mistresses and What Wives Can Learn From Them,” will be starred by Kris Aquino, Claudine Barretto, Kim Chiu, Iza Calzado, and returning comedienne Cheena.

The actresses will play the role of mistresses of five different men and will portray different characters.

Barretto said in an interview for ABS-CBN news that viewers, specially wives and not just the mistresses can learn from the movie.

“May matututunan dito ‘di lang ang mga mistress, kungdi mga asawa, pati na rin mga lalaki,” she said.
