MANILA – Kapuso actress Katrina Halili has finally reconciled with doctors Hayden Kho and Vicki Belo six years after the sex video scandal involving Halili and Kho went viral online.

“Para sa akin, masaya na ako na okay na ang lahat. Nagka-usap kami and ayos na. Alam mo ‘yun, may peace of mind na kami and in the future, kung sakaling magkita kami somewhere, hindi ako maiilang,” Halili said in a press conference.

(For me, I’m happy now that everything’s okay. We talked and reconciled. You know, we have peace of mind now and in the future, if we’d ever see each other somewhere, I will not feel uneasy.)

Kho and Belo had also shared the reconciliation in social media.

The reconciliation happened during a ‘secret peace-making lunch’ last April.

Prior the lunch, Halili had seen Kho and Belo during the wedding of their common friends and Kapuso stars Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes. During that time, Halili had not yet reconciled with the couple yet.

“Nag ‘Hi’ ako. Actually kay doctora ‘yung nag ‘Hi’ ako (I said ‘Hi.’ Actually, my ‘Hi’ was addressed to Dr. Belo),” Halili said.

Now, Halili carries no more grudges.

“Naka move-on na kaming lahat … masaya na kami sa buhay namin (We have already moved on… We are happy with our lives),” she said.

But when asked to give further details about their peace-making lunch, Halili opted to keep it private and personal.

“Ayoko na mag detalye ng nangyari kasi para sa akin personal na pangyayari ‘yun sa buhay ko na ayoko na sana i-share,” she said.

(I don’t like to give further details on what happened because for me, it’s a personal part of my life that I no longer want to share.)

Kung tatanungin ako, okay lang, sasagutin ko. Pero para i-detalye ko pa, parang ‘di naman ‘ata kailangan,” she added.

(If I will be asked, it’s okay, I’ll answer. But for me to say the details, [I don’t] think it’s still necessary.)
