PAGASA terminates heavy rainfall warning in NCR, nearby Luzon provinces
MANILA – The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) terminated at 3 p.m. Tuesday the heavy rainfall warning over Metro Manila and nearby provinces in Luzon.
However, PAGASA said that tropical depression “Ruby” continues to bring light to moderate rains affecting Metro Manila, Batangas, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal, Quezon, Pampanga, Bulacan, Bataan, Zambales, Tarlac and Nueva Ecija which may persist within the next three hours.
”With this development, the heavy rainfall warning over these area is now terminated,” it added.
The public and the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils concerned are advised to monitor the weather condition and watch for the next advisory.
