Shooting suspects sought after Abbotsford, B.C. police find body in car
ABBOTSFORD, B.C.—Abbotsford, B.C. police say a young man was found dead in a residential neighbourhood Thursday evening.
Const. Ian MacDonald says officers found the body after receiving reports of shots being fired (at Sparrow Drive and Goldfinch Street).
He says the victim was found slumped in the driver’s seat of a dark SUV.
MacDonald says the victim appears to be in his late teens, but the investigation was still in the preliminary stage.
No arrests have been made and MacDonald says witnesses reported hearing cars drive off after the shooting.
