How would Jose Rizal look today?

Happy National Heroes Day, kababayan!

August 25 was declared a national holiday to serve as a day of remembering our fallen heroes–the ones who fought for our nation’s liberty.

 But of course, heroes exist everyday, even in seemingly mundane and ordinary instances.

But speaking of national heroes: Have you ever wondered how Dr. Jose P. Rizal would look like if he’s alive today?

Based on Justin Cruz’s (@justified114) ‘modern Rizal’ interpretation, Pepe would look something like this:

Yep, the glasses, the mohawk (or “faux-hawk”), the white shirt underneath the simple jacket. This looks spot on.
