What: Celebrating its 8th year as Canada’s leading hospitality industry symposium, Terroir brings together influential chefs, food & wine experts, restaurateurs and global influencers in gastronomy.

This year’s theme, “Growing Ideas: community building and creative collaboration in the world of gastronomy” will showcase examples of how the industry shares ideas and collective resources to build strength. Presentations will examine how individuals, organizations and communities work together for a greater common purpose, thereby building a strong collective.
