Julia Barretto to follow Claudine’s footsteps

Julia Barretto is slowly but surely making her own mark in show business, starring in her first teleserye “Mirabella.”

And one of her fans is her aunt Claudine Barretto, who is deemed as one of the finest actresses of her generation.

In a recent interview on DZMM’s Mismo, Claudine said: “Nakakatuwa. I’m so proud of her. Julia can act. Mas magaling sa akin iyon.”

( I am glad. I’m so proud of her. Julia can act. She (Julia) is better than me.)

Meanwhile, Julia confessed that she has always been a fan of her aunt.

“I’m such a fan of tita Claudine’s projects. Ang ganda ng mga teleserye niya. ( Her teleseryes are beautiful) That’s the kind of career I would like to follow,” the Mirabella star said.
