MANILA (PNA) — While the Senate can compel her to reveal the list of Janet Lim Napoles allegedly containing the names of lawmakers implicated in the pork barrel fund scam, Justice Secretary Leila M. De Lima on Monday said that she would appeal to the senators to wait for the right time and give her sufficient time to do her job.
This was the reaction of De Lima on the possibility that she may be cited in contempt.
De Lima earlier said that she will not yet disclose the names in Napoles’ list because they still have to make a thorough and extensive verification on the same.
