Jessy Mendiola to play John Lloyd’s teacher in upcoming movie

MANILA, Philippines- Jessy Mendiola, though still single at the moment, is thankful that her career is still skyrocketing even after the conclusion of her biggest TV break “Maria Mercedes.”

She is now busy filming a movie with Kapamilya actor John Lloyd Cruz.

In an interview with the Philippine Star, she narrated how excited and thankful she was for being part of the movie.

“Kinakabahan talaga but excited at the same time, kasi napakasuwerte ko kasi tinanggap ako ng Star Cinema para makatrabaho si John Lloyd.”

(I am really nervous but excited at the same time, because I am very lucky because Star Cinema accepted me to work with John Lloyd).

In the movie, Jessy will play the role of John Lloyd’s teacher.

“It’s very different from everything I’ve done before. I’m really happy na pinili nila ko( that they chose me) ,” she said.

Three months ago, she revealed that her suitors Jake Cuenca and Sam Milby have already stopped courting her.

Despite of being single, she believes that Mr. Right will come to her at the right time.
