Filipinos in Calgary

Consul General Neil Frank Ferrer and Consul Melanie Diano of the Philippine Consulate General in Vancouver and Labour Attache Bernie Julve of the Philippine Overseas Labour Office (POLO) met with OFWs and the Filipino community in Calgary in an event organized by Migrante Alberta.

Later in the night, a “meet and greet” dinner party for Congen Ferrer and PCG-POLO was organized by the CCMCL-Alberta, an association of Filipinos from the province of Surigao del Sur.
